RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Important Information

  • You have 30 days to initiate a return under our store's return policy
  • You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days under UK law
  • Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after we receive the returned item
  • No restocking or replacement fees are charged
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items

Cooling-Off Period (Legal Right to Cancel)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your items, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement, such as emailing support@holvernstore.com.

If you cancel your order within this 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Extended Return Policy (Our Store Policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, Holvern Store offers an extended 30-day return policy. This allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that the product is:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • With tags still attached
  • In its original packaging

This extended return policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Return Process

If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact support@holvernstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Once you contact us, our customer service team will provide the return address and detailed instructions. No restocking fees are charged.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it is received by us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within up to 14 days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched, please contact support@holvernstore.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@holvernstore.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will provide a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact support@holvernstore.com, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
